Why is POW necessary?
If you've read
our introduction to blockchain technology, you already know that users
broadcast transactions to the network. However, those transactions aren't
immediately regarded as legitimate. Only when they are included in the
blockchain does that take place.

time. We broadcast the transactions to the network, after which users will
include them in a candidate block when constructing a block.
